01. Morning
Try not to eat anything in the morning! or maybe a coffee with bit of sugar is enough for the whole morning.
02. Lunch
Eat only two scoops of rice, or something just to fill your tummy and do not over eat to fill it up!
03. Dinner
Eat anything fill it up! and go to sleep early as you can.
This is more likely keto diet as well.
